    Minsc is quite amusing person, so it's a shame that Bioware didn't make good use of him -there is only a few dialogues for him. If a Minsc mod should be made, it should add more talk for him. Nothing else.

    ...But then; I think that every non-romance char is too silent...

    Virne, I've been contemplating doing that, but it seems that most of you want a mod that includes a quest for Minsc, which, honestly, wouldn't be that hard to include.
