I recently changed my whole diet around. I now eat mostly salad and fruit. I have stopped eating most nasty bad foods, I barely eat cooked food anymore, I eat loads of seeds and things that contain lots of vitamins etc, and I have stopped drinking tea/coffee and everything else like that.

It is not quite perfect yet but it is getting there. I hope to cut out all cooked food and meat, only eat fruit and vegetables, and drink mostly water at 2 litres a day, once my body is taking in 80% of healthy things, the other 20% doesn't matter, so I can eat some **** if I really want to, but a lot of my favourite foods are simply not good for you. Already I notice great improvements in my complexion and energy. I went back to smoking again but I will give that up again shortly, and since I have stopped going out at the moment, I am not drinking alcohol much.

Be careful of eating too many raw salad vegtables, as this can lead to irritatable bowel syndrome if your body is not used to it.

I've recently got addicted to smoothies - Note to all smoothie drinkers - Do not drink more than two a day, they have a dire effect on your bowels

Glad to hear it's working out for you Sarevok!

I absolutely agree, if most of your food is healthy, eating less healthy things once in a while is fine. And it's probably more realistic: it's hard to stay on a diet you hate.

Sarevok, good to see you have noticed some changes. It's amazing to see what a huge effect food has on us. I never realised how tired my food was making me before I did a similar thing to you and cut out most of the junk from my diet.

Now if I could just get my sleep at regular times, rather than late nights on the net and then sleep during the day (after consecutive all nighters).

It's displaying perfectly fine in Firefox, Internet Explorer 6.01, and Opera.
