Favorite funny NPC Dialogs?

There's a banter between Yoshimo and Keldorn... and Keldorn ends up singing one of the silliest songs ever, and ends by saying "you've made an old paladin blush"

I can't remember the song, but it had me laughing out loud

Oh oh I almost forgot my favorite.When Jan tells Viconia he's deaf to witch she replies: Oh really in the underdark such
children are cast out to be eaten by the many monsters lurking
in the shadows. Jan then forgets all abut being deaf and says:
hey I heard that, and it reminds me have I ever told you about
the time i was eaten by the avatar of Lolth? I had to live inside
her for several months with a drow named Bifflechumps,
pleasant fellar but I had to eat him it was a matter of
survival really. Plus edwin is halarius as usual his talk with
Salvansas(as a woman) is priceless not to mention the waiter
at the Thumb's bar at the docks

Any of Salvanas's dialogues with women. That guy cracks me up.

 

The Cernd/Keldorn 'Ass/Tomato' dialog is still my favorite. (It's somewhere in another thread)

There is a little girl in the bridge district saying halarius things about your partymembers all starting with: My mom says. For example to Viconia:

Girl: My mom says that all drow should be hung unless their name is Drizzt

Viconia: so what else is new?

 

Yeah, that girl is a decent source of fun... although the one with Nalia's comment is fun too.

Girl: MY MOM SAYS I SHOULD BE HAPPY TO GROW UP AND BECOME A SHADOW THIEF.
Nalia:I think someone should have a long, hard chat with your mother.

Or Minsc's comment on the Sigil's play when you first go there... Heh

The dialog where Edwin begs Aerie to turn him back into a man is down-right funny! I can't stop laughing!

Actually, my favourite Lilarcor comment is one that comes through in battle... I laugh my arse off whenever I see this one:

"Choke UP, dolt! YOUR GRIP'S ALL WRONG!"

Favourite Edwin dialogue is right after he turns himself into Edwina - you respond with, "Hey Edwin, nice rack!" He goes a bit nuts at you but thinks to himself, "Hey, they're not that bad!" before coming to his senses again and realising he's missing something. One of his combat comments as Edwina is hilarious as well:

"I feel your stares! DIE! DIE!"

 

Damn, you guys will make me actually take that SoB for more than 2 minutes, I swear!

 

I've heard a sound file of that...But the german version is awful. I guess it is a line that you can't translate and still make it sound the same.

"Ich fühle eure Blicke...Stirb! Stirb!"

Another reason why I can't wait to play my english copy of Baldur's Gate 2. *hugs English Copy of BG II: SoA + ToB*

 

I must have missed turning Edwin into Edwina, then again I haven't really played an evil part in the game, so I haven't had the opportunity. How do you get that to happen?

 

just have Edwin in your party and explore the area under the graveyard district. Do what he suggests, and it is all a matter of time.
