My native tongue is French seeing as I hail from the belle province and I like to pretend to be fluent in English. I also know some very basic German, Ich heiße Ofelix wie get's ? Wo kann man bier trinken ? Ich bing Hungrig ! Habst du Würst oder Fleisch ? and a little bit of Latin too. Salve ! Sum Ofelix. Ubi Vinum ? Romanes eunt domus ! I can also roughly understand written Spanish though not spoken, seeing as how it's relatively close to French. I also absolutely adore the French Acadian accent. 'tis so pleasant to the ear.

Anyone speaks either Cymraeg (Welsh) or Catalan ? I want to speak both some day. I could teach you such useful skills such as:

    - Swearing à la québécoise: An art Form
    - How to differentiate the accent from Québec city (and make fun of them for it) -- I'm from Montréal btw
    - Understanding people from the Gaspésie Peninsula (nobody truly does anyway....) :p
    - How to sound like a proper smug Academic

@Master of Nuhn; what is that ?

I are he be linguist ! Weeeeeee !

That's from Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis (English title: Welcome to the Sticks) which was a massive success as a French movie. I was very sceptic about it when I heard of it and watched the trailer, but I was laughing my derrière off. The friends I saw it with still call me Biloute.
