    Cheese: some Arab guy places goat's milk in a sheep's stomach for storage. He travels across the desert. The heat, the milk, and chemicals in the sheep stomach combine to form cheese. As the Arab begins to take a sip, he notice what happened.

    Caffeine/Coffee: an Arab goat herder notices his goats are acting kind of... active after eating some wild berries. The herder decides to sample some too, and gets a caffeine rush.

    Gotta love 'em Arabs.
