    @Silverstar
Perhaps all of the Riskbreaker's immunities should be ability based like the Berserker, something like:

    Temporal Shift
Through rigorous training and focus the Riskbreaker is able to temporarily displace himself from the natural flow of time, allowing unnatural speed, agility and freedom from disruptive or holding magicks.
    For 60 Seconds-
    Immunity to Stun/Hold/Slow/Imprisonment/Timestop
    Movement Rate Increase (200%)
    Blurred/Hasted/Mirror Imaged per the 2nd & 3rd level spells

Most people tend to cast spells or activate innate abilities on entering combat so its not too much of a hit to have it as an innate undispellable ability. If lasting for duration of a large battle is a concern make it last longer.

After looking at the kit, I'm going to have to go with Silverstar here. 9 times out of 10 I know when Timestop is coming, so timing isn't really an issue. And two people in Timestop is VERY powerful, as I found out with a Lunar-Stanced monk.

Would Slow, Hold Undead and Hold Monster not benefit the entire party? I don't really see why the entire party would find it easier to hit enemies just because one member is very fast.

Immunity to Barkskin and Spirit Armour isn't too bad actually. I've played a kensai through SoA without ever casting either of those spells on him. Naturally, by ToB you are going to be hit so often that these two spells are not going to help all that much (and I don't really like ToB so I didn't play the kensai through it).

However, my main problem with the kit is that I don't really get the point of it to be honest. Unarmoured fighter focussed on being one with his weapon and surroundings? Got a kensai already. Super-strong will power, blurring speed and jaw-dropping agility? That's the monk's niche isn't it?

I hope you don't take offence at what I said, it wasn't meant to insult you and if the whole 'breaking the risk' works for you then great.

EDIT: Pseudospawn replied with an idea first. It looks a good one, there isn't a need for the duration to be too high as you'd have multiple uses of Temporal Shift so it could be reactivated if it runs out in battle.

Thank you very much, everyone, for your suggestions. I'll take them into consideration for the next version of Riskbreaker kit.

At least, Silverstar knows this very well that I have an open mind to suggestion. As I have said repeatedly, I make my mods for players (and for myself) to enjoy playing them. If I see that most players think that the kit's abilities should change one way or other and if I don't find any good argument against that change, I will do as players want. I may even start polls in the mod's forum (as I did when Silverstar made a suggestion in regard to Auramaster druid kit).

However, to get back on-topic, playing "Improved Anvil" does not depend on having or not having a Riskbreaker PC. If you have found Riskbreaker too powerful, ingore it and enjoy Improved Anvil along with Auramaster druid kit (Cernd or PC) or any other class/kit you prefer.

Well I've decided on my Improved Anvil party!

    PC - Wild Mage
    Cernd
    Edwin
    Keldorn
    Anomen
    Korgan

As for the timestop debate, I'm inclined to agree that in an (unmodded) game, immunity to timestop is overpowered. For example, I went and did twisted rune NO PROBLEM as soon as possible (i.e. immediately after talking to Gaelen Bayle and finding a rogue stone). Just walk in, say hi to Shangalar, and kill everything once the mage lady throws up a timestop. That said, it seems to me that the riskbreaker was intended for a modded game, so it may indeed be more balanced in that scenario.

The items are a bit overpowered (just as most item mods are). By the time you get out of the underdark money is not an issue -- so to have high prices is not balancing.

    @nataben

    Just curious,

    - At which difficulty level are you playing the game?
    - What's your PC's Charisma and alignment?
    - What are your other mods?
    - Are you planning to play the game without ANY sort of cheat? (I hope so)

Well actually (after playing a bit) I remembered that I hate arcane casters, so it's back to the drawing board!

I will be sure to let you know what party I ACTUALLY play with once I figure it out!!! :D

As far as mods (that I can remember):
    ease of use (most components)
    dungeon-be-gone
    riskbreaker kit
    auramaster kit
    hellion kit
    a few G3 tweakpack components

I don't plan on using any sorts of cheats, nor will I use SK in any way.

I hope the mod isn't overly difficult for parties without an arcane caster!!!!

I would surely recommend that you play with a balanced party including at least a mage, but if you truly hate them so much little can be said about it.

Cernd (as an Auramaster) can at least cast duplicates of some of the essential wizard spells for you.
