@ywpark89 - try downloading the latest drivers and reinstalling the game before purchasing a new card. Your card is better than mine yet I don't suffer the same thing.

Nope, doesn't work. Updated it to 5.3.0.3 and nothing changed. Great.. I can't play HotU because I don't have the dough for a new graphic card. Maybe it has nothing to do with the graphic card. Maybe it has something to do with the graphic card supporting DirectX 9 or AGP 8X, which my mainboard doesn't have.

That shouldn't be it. Still, if you sell your GeForce 4, it won't really cost you much to buy a GeForce FX 5200...

Strange, my old 64mb Geforce2 MX 100/200 can handle the game with both expansions packs easily and that auto configuration program set everything as high as it would go and i have only ever had one "slow-doown" and that turned out to just crash the game everytime so i doubt it was the graphics card.

There was a crash bug a while back, personally I've played the game on a geforce 2 mx and I'm currently using a geforce 4 mx. Trust us on this one, it's not your card.

    In case you're wondering

    1.6Ghz P4 256k L2 cache
    512mb DDR ram
    64 mb Geforce 4 mx
    60Gb Hd UDMA/66

I had to rip the fancy effects (grass!!!) out, but my NWN + HotU runs fine with a GF4 MX440 64MB...
