Yeah, dungeons & caverns, while cool, sort of stole the show.

I think one or two extra overland maps near Kuldahar, would be an excellent addition to IWD:EE.

Maybe even a second Kuldahar district? I know it's not supposed to be a big city like Baldur's Gate or Amn, but 2 districts would make sense I think. Currently, we really just get to visit the "town square / artisan" district of Kuldahar, not the part of town where most of the inhabitants presumably live.
Also, near the end of chapter 1 we learn that...
Lysan (the barmaid) pretended to visit "relatives in upper Kuldahar" once a month, as a cover for her villainous activities in the Vale of Shadows.
...so that's an indication that there is indeed supposed to be more of Kuldahar than we get to see.

    Yeah, agreed.

You know, I realized the other day that with IWD:EE and IWD2, we have maps for a lot of the Ten Towns and a lot of the wilderness areas in between. Theoretically, it would be possible to use them to make a new adventure with a new story.

I think IWD:EE would be better if some of the dungeons were, say, 3 levels instead of 5 levels.

Hopefully soon I can start the HoW portion of the game - keen to see how that looks.
