The one I´d like to share, and the one that cannot be found from that site, is "quï scrïbit, bis legit." Which means, roughtly; "the one who writes, reads everything twice." Most of you probably know this, but it is read like this:
[kvii skriibit, bis legit]

Aqua, forum, senate, library, cell(cellae)...english has taken quite much from latin, eh?

Oh, I almost forgot; here´s a song I heard a couple of days ago while sitting on a stage with three other fellows. Rock´n´roll, I think...

Then, some other little "english" phrases that not many seem to know the real meanings of..

ie = id est = that is, to say.
eg = exemple grati = for example

At one stage, my avatar text at Cabala was "rex et imperator" (King and Emporer).

I`m surprised noone has mentioned
Dulce et decorum est pro patria morae
"It is sweet and proper to die for one's country"

There is also one small piece of untranslated latin somewhere in this post. Anyone willing to try to find it and translate it ??

Almost right. 'Beata' means blessed... so the name of our queen (yes, we Dutchies have a queen... not that we have any use for one) Beatrix means 'she who blesses'.
