    Aside from BTA's point about it being a dire bear, I think you are still wrong in your analysis.

    A low level wizard with his rays of frost and a magic missile or two can quite easily be more challenged by a low level creature than some archmage by a dragon. Wierd, Timestop, Horrid Wilting, Premonition, Summoned Celestial Avengers, etc are not exactly to be sneezed at, even by Klauth.

    And someone to support this. We've had this debate for every game that's had a cap, do a search if you don't believe me. Anyway, some people hate the thought that they can't become all-powerful. Others love having serious challenge in a game. It's all a matter of play style.
