    Robe of the Archmagi, Amulet of Metaspell Influence, Ring of Wizardy, Boots of Speed (for running away), and of course the Cloak of Balduran.

    Don't forget the charming cloak off that guy in the Field Post Inn in Beregost. And the +2 Ring of Protection from the same guy you get the Amulet of Metaspell Influence in Bauldar's Gate. Amulet of Missiles is good too. :D
