    In Warcraft III there's a bunch of really spiffy ones... such as Uther (a freakishly strong Paladin) and another one (he's a Minator... I forget his name). There's alot of other PCs that are sweet, but you can play the game for yourself.

    In 'Sword of Shannara' there's an NPC that's like Imoen (except she's a Ranger type fighter) and a really cool elf wizard.

    I think there's some really good NPC's in the BG series. There's alot of depth to some characters, namely Cernd, Mazzy, Imoen and Keldorn and most definetly Viconia. Jahiera and Minsc don't really have too much in the way of depth although they're excellent NPCs.

    Sarevok, the greatest bad guy of all time. I sure miss hating his guts.
    Yoshimo, for similar reasons. These are the ones that made me want to meet them in person and slowly kill them for everything they have ever done to my character and the ones that gave the game life.

    You did mention NPC, so I'm assuming you mean only one.

    Xan.

    Xan is one of the persons you would definitely find annoying he's when near, but whom you would really miss when he's not. If only Xan were carried on in BG2, I really think it would've made the game many times more interesting... and funny. :D
    What completes being swarmed around by monsters or being beseiged by creatures or villains even Elminster would hesistate on taking on?

    Makes killing the lot a lot more fulfilling...

    Well.. guess I would have to go with Minsc and Boo too...

    They are just so wicked (especially when Minsc has Lilacor equipped) :) :) :) :p

    The talking skull from Monkey Island series cracked me up with every single word he said. He's evil indeed, but also very pathetic. :grin:
