    No flame but saying Minsc is more useless then Garrick is interesting. I always use Minsc and find that he is very effective.

    Hmmm ... That guy who hangs abit with Xzar ... y'know ... the peck ... Montron! Thats it! Montron ... he levels so damn slow and by the time we're level 5 he's only at a 2 or 3 at most! and he sucks too!

    Tiax is crap. I love Montaron and Shar-Teel; they're great NPCs. Faldorn, however, is indeed shite.

    Garrick is the worst followed closely by Jaheira. Both are equally annoying Garrick is just less useful.

    I mean He's ten times worser than Garrick (and that's a lot :D)
    Spoilers about the npc's!!!


    Let's compare'em
    Garrick:
    Str: 14
    Int: 13
    Wis: 14
    Dex: 16
    Con: 9
    Cha: 15
    The good thing about Garrick is that you can get him so early in the game.
    So when you meat Eldoth Garrick should be around 2 levels higher than Eldoth.
    Oh and here's Eldoths stats.
    Str: 16
    Int: 13
    Wis: 10
    Dex: 12
    Con: 15
    Cha: 16
    Ok He's a better fighter but a lousier thief.

    Eldoth is terrible, I've used him a couple of times, thought about bringing it up, but I think people are set on Garrick.

    Most people don't know how terrible he is because 1) he is evil, and you know that from the second you start talking to him, and 2) by the time you find him, in the middle of cloakwood, your party is more-or-less established, and few people would take him at that point.

    But yes, he is the worst character in the game, although, having him, and skie, and Garrick in the party makes some strange conversations happen, they compare songs, etc.

    i dont think a thief is needed and if you need one use safana or tiax

    garrick o i ment bards are pretty useful couse they are pretty god fighters,thiefs and mages
