    A guy moves in the attic of an appartement and drills a lot of holes on the floor so he can watch the everymove of the other tenents.

    I re-read my post, and juste so it doens't confuse people, he drills hole on the floor of the attic, so he can watch the people he lives with (as opposed to drilling on the floor of the appartement).

    Nope. Hint: the animal in question is named 'Wendy' by our protagonist. The reason for his delight, he says, is that the poo 'was just inside of her'.
