    A man dies to save another, partially so he can reunite with his family in death. Also it is done so that the saved life can use his power to make a positive impact.

    Kinda vague, but it works for now.

    It would be a stretch, but a really acrobatic person could argue that this describes the final scene in "Gladiator", if you agree that the primary reason Russell Crowe died was to save the life of the chick and her dorky kid.

    Starfox, I agree with you -- I mentioned that it would take some serious acrobatics to make Gladiator fit the description given, but we live in a site where half of the members are lawyers who engae in such acroabtics all the time.

    A sword breaks during a play. The actor, while continuing the battle with a broken sword, asks repeatedly for a replacement ... only to be handed a mannequin leg, which he uses to vanquish his foe.

    No, but youre on the right track in that it's a sequel (and even the second in the series of progressively worse movies). I posted a scene from the original movie a while ago as well.

    The play is a high school play, they are peforming a scene from Romeo and Juliet.
