    A guy is sleeping on a bed when he gets pulled in it. After a couple of seconds, a load of blood gets sprayed from the bed to the ceiling.

    Not quite. Its more like a compilation of different stories that intersect each other at certain points. More akin to Twilight Zone or the aforementioned Tales from the Hood starfox64 mentioned.
