    I mentioned it above... You get it from the NPC behind Ribald, (not the spell lady, but a merchant RIGHT behind Ribald).

    RObe of the Archmagi is +5% magic res, 5AC +1 all saves

    Robe of Vecna is a fantastic item.
    (If a wizard wears Robe of Vecna and has the high-level ability Improved Alacrity and the spell Time Stop, (s)he is just tremendously powerful. Use Time Stop, then Improved Alacrity, and you can cast spells instantenously and noone can disturb you!)
