    I remember an old sitcom from the mid-80s called "Learning the ropes" which had a "father by day, pro wrestler by night" setup, so that might be it.

    Actually, I caught only one episode when they were showing reruns here a few years ago. Since I'm a huge wrestling geek (figuratively speaking), I was intrigued by it... for about ten seconds. It was atrocious.

    One of the characters in this show had anger management problems, observed dubious hygiene practices, and had a home that seemed to be vastly bigger on the inside than it appeared on the outside. I also fairly certain that I have only ever seen one of his arms.
