NPCs' Ages

Okay, some people still not listening; Mazzy at 100 would be like a human at 90! Do you really think your grandma has what it takes to be not-quite-a-paladin? 30's, 40's, 50's, maybe even 60's, but not 100.

Korgan I'd put toward the top of his statistically possible age range (100-120), but 200...well, hello grandpa (human at 70+).

Same deal with Jan, though I think 150 or less might not be that far off despite the statistical restrictions. He seems like he's been around the block quite a few times and picked up more stories than you can shake a stick at, as much as you might be tempted to. Then again, it could just be tale-spinning ability and gnomishness (huh?) so I'd say 125.

 

Eh, so I haven't given so much thought to Mazzy or Korgan's ages

 

Hehehe... Well I just didn't even try guessing how old Mazzy is (never had her in my party so I don't know what she's like).

Mazzy is a Halfling so ages only a little slower than a human. She is a seasoned fighter but her age could be any where from late 20's to 40.

After taking a look at my choice of ages which were in human equivalency not actual years lived the only one I might change is Imoen. I made her too young. In BG II she should be maybe 20-21.

 

For my previous age-guessing of Imoen, I think she should be around the main character's age, so around 20 or 21 as well. I just meant that she doesn't act her age. But then, neither do I!
