Just finished the fourth Tales of Monkey Island episode:Rise of the Pirate God. While once again the story was good fun, some of the puzzles were repetitive and a little annoying. For example:
At one point you have to get your spirit back into your body and make it stay there. To get it to stay there the Voodoo Lady tells you to chew some spirit gum she had when she was in the pirate prison.

So, it's easy enough to get back into your body in the bar and get thrown in prison, but the first time, you're put in the other cell and can't reach the gum, but find a diary of one of the pirates at the bar.

So you have to go back in spirit form and make fun of the pirate about his diary so he gets thrown in jail, then get back into your body and get thown back in jail.

Yay! That's the end right? The gum is right there! Nope, you can't tell which wad of gum is the spirit gum so you have to grab the mug there so that it's in your hand when they put your body back in the bar. Then go back to the bar in spirit form again to scare the bartender so that the dart he's throwing pierces a rootbeet cask that fills up the mug your body's holding.

Then get back in your body and get thrown in jail again. Too much repetition.

At the end there's a quick tease about Sam n' Max in 2010, so I assume that means a new series in 2010!
