    I would not have MCed the cleric especially since you already have a pally for divine courage - I would have gone with a straight cleric with max wis and less cha.

    Probably would have gone with less cha and more con on the pally/fighter too

    Not sure how useful you will find the 4 fighter levels for your wizzie to be either when all is said and done.

    All that said I think the party will probably work as is... ;)
