    As discussed in the past Rags, I have a very low opinion of human life, to me, theyre not innocent until proven guilty, its the other way around - everyone is guilty of something.

    need I remind you that this whole thread is about a man who was trying to buy his freedom because his phone proved he was involved in drug dealing, a serious criminal tried to argue that his civil liberties had been violated by the police.

    And any other offenses they happen to find along the way, or just suspicions of offenses. After all, that first arrest may have been a trumped up charge just to justify a search that they couldn't otherwise justify. You may not have many bad cops in the UK (which I find surprising from the news I see from there, but you know how that goes), but in the US there are cops (I won't even make a guess at the proportion of them) who will lie in court to support a trumped up charge, much less arrest you for it just to get a search if they think you're guilty of something (interestingly, like you do, Shoshino).
