    @dman: Is Atkins (or any prepackaged diet plan, for that matter) acceptable for adolescents? Make sure you don't do yourself more harm than good, in the long run. Weight loss ALWAYS comes down to one simple thing: burn off more calories than you consume.

    Yes, it is Rally, not as safe as it is for adults because you can't eat carbs and sugars, the main source of energy for your body. YOu have to excercise more because of the lack of energy storage that way your muscles will give off extra energy from working out to supply your body's need. I knew this from the beginning and I knew i should only do it for four weeks, then it would be over. As i said I was waning myself off of it slowly as to not disrupt my currrent weight, that way i can stay at my desired weight, 135, by just not eating as many sandwiches, candy, and the like.

    Silverwolf, I know how it is to be feel ill nearly every day. There have been times for me where getting out of bed presented great pain. I've been like this for two years, but things are getting better for me. I hope something good goes for you soon as well.
