    Have to shoot you down here too, Chevy. When I married Sweetie, I was sure, and so was EVERYONE that knew her, that she would NEVER do anything immoral or hurtful. You know how that turned out. Very few people believe, when they are getting married, that their spouse will engage in "extracurricular" sexual activity. Maybe Hillary Rodham is an exception :p

    Aldeth: You did nail it. Previous history. Such things come up sooner or later. One good habit is to stop overlooking such tiny details. I would never start anything with somene else's girlfriend hitting on me because I could immediately see myself in that guy's shoes some time in the future. I wouldn't be so adamant about never dating anyone who had previously cheated in any way, shape or form, but regret is key. Someone who doesn't regret hasn't changed... yet. Still, the hazard is too big and the hope is quite fickle. Plus, the idea of cheating and not later regretting is such a huge turn off for me that I'm pretty safe from that. Plus, I believe I've grown up beyond taking mere attraction or mere friendliness against someone, so there's not much room for confusion. Then, you could also take into account my hypertuned built-in lie motive sensor. I will practically always sense a deliberate lie or even subtle ommissions, euphemisms and the like.
