    I'd say the UK.

    Just based on historic purposes in that, we did have the British Empire which included countries (and please correct me if i'm wrong) such as India, Singapore, Malaysia, Parts of Africa, Egypt and Austrailia. There are others but my memory fails me currently. I guess the Falklands (sp) and Gibraltor come into the picture as well.

    If we go back to the more colonial era, we did control quite a bit of North America and I believe also parts of Canada.

    So in terms of World domination ... we rocked ;) :p

    Oh yeah and back in the 1400s or some daft time like that the UK controlled parts of France as well.

    Oh yeah and HongKong!

    I voted USA. My ancestory dates back to before the revolution. Some of my ancestors were here to meet the Europeans. But when Congress gives the Presidency rights that should be controled by Congress we are all in danger. A president that beleives that he alone is right and anyone who disagrees with him is wrong makes this the most dangerous country because right now we are the most powerful individual country. It scares me.
