    Again, the info posted above was *not* taken from the forged documents, nor did it rely on the forged documents in any way, shape or form. You only prove my point: the forging these documents was spun in such a way that many people came away with the false opinion that *all* of these records were faulty. And I'm afraid that's simply not the case.

    I'm sure it must gall the hell out of Rather that somehow Bush beat him.

    I think Rather enjoys the fight. It's hard to take on the entrenched establisment and win and he's been around long enough to know that. The fun, I think for him, is being as much of an annoayce to conservatives as he can be. The proof is in your insistence at even bothering to post any of this. But, hey, I didn't even know there was a lawsuit. It's just another reason for me to like him even more. ;)
