    [​IMG] HELP! Although I cast my vote for Longsword, in my game I'm having trouble deciding between Astral Blade +1 and Large Shield +2 and my Harbinger Kin +1 greatsword. I have weap. prof. in Longsword but will probably choose greatsword next chance I get. But what should I be using??

    [​IMG] It's not about what you SHOULD be using...It's all about what you want to use! It's a roleplaying game! Roleplay! Don't figure out what will give your character the most strength/greatest damage by weapon/ go with what you think looks cool!

    I think the coolest weapon is the Two-Bladed Sword. But the best one is the Greatsword.
    Longsword and Warhammer is a good combination too...

    I like the scythe for the huge criticals - with improved critical feat and a keen scythe (i think there is a couple) and good strength bonus not even dragons will last long.

    My favourite though is probably dual wielding 2 bastard swords as I think they are the coolest looking sword and they do good damage.

    I have to agree. The best weapon for you to be using is what you think your character would most want to use. For the most part, the weapons are pretty well balanced, so go with what your character wants.
