proficiencies and weapon styles

    [​IMG] actually.i wonder y u all think tat kensai/mage so good.....wat i think..the stalker not bad..i actually wanted to use tat class......but with no suitable armor....shadow dragon scale SUCKS

    so i used a pure ranger....as a start of 2 star in 2 hand so i plus into it and dual wieding a celestial fury and a blackrazor is powerful

    true ranger is veri good.......three in 2 hand...2 star default

    and blackrazor and celestial is invincible

    [​IMG] I tried out, which THACO bonus applies to a thief hidden in shadows:

    hide-in-shadows/ move-silent give a +4 bonus. This works with melee weapons only.

    I´m not sure here, but this should apply to rangers and monks attacks from shadow too (though this is just a guess).

    I have a kensai mage wielding a staff in Underdark. I got bored on him. He cannot "tank" because he has a crappy ac. He has a +4(was it +5?) staff. He hits as hard as Minsc does with his 2handed sword of chaos(+2), but the speed is outrageous. I don't like playing with it though. I like to play ARCHER with a CROSSBOW. Serious damage, long range.
