    I used to think pets that needed live food would be cool... that was until I had to set an amount of time and effort (not to mention money) of ensuring their food supply is always enough. So it was like having more pets to sustain another pet.

    WTF? You feed a snake one time every week to two weeks. I used to have an Albino Burmese python; I fed her two large rats once every two weeks; and even on that diet, she got massive. Her cage was 4'x4'x10'... She got so big that her cage wasn't big enough. Fortunately, a local zoo bought her.

    I miss my snake.... :cry:

    [​IMG] I'm getting a Royal Python, fell in love with Pythons at the age of five when I first held one. (May have been six)

    Getting it for my 23rd as for my 22nd we're still living in a tiny studio flat, by next year we will have a proper home to settle in :)

    A lot of places around here will provide neonates that have been reared on from-frozen pinks so I won't require live food, just a frezer drawer.

    Can't find anywhere that sells Flying Lizards though :lol: thought I'd get one of those sooner than a snake, Kev isn't a fan of snakes but he admitted the Dracos were cute.

    You know that feeling when you take your shirt out of the washer and it still smells like you've been wearing it while rolling in rotting meat, except you haven't? I hate that feeling. Makes you feel so inconsequential.

    Ah....around here, they're called Ball Pythons. I'm not really a fan, they're short and fat, and a dime a dozen. But because of their relative shortness, they do make good pets for people who don't have the space required to cage a larger snake.

    Only been playing the guitar for three weeks and already there are callusses forming on my fingertips.. :/ That's okay though, there is some good progress in learning wish you were here :)
