    Sorry to hear about your Gran Stef but you're right, it may well be a blessing in disguise. I've worked in a care home and with social workers, plus dealing with it from the other side and I know it's tough. If you need someone to rant at then gfive me a shout. x

    Am I a geek if I bought Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country on DVD only because it contains special features including Hamlet in Klingon ? Which is surprisingly entertaining.

    Sucker Punch looks sweet. I like Snyder's visual style, even if the content isn't amazing. But this looks pretty cool.

    Me too. I have been following his career with interest ever since the remake of Dawn of the dead. He has a real flare with the image quality, both the actual shot and the colouring. Unfortunately, I tend to agree with his detractors that he uses a flashy visual style without substance (for example, in Dawn of the dead he makes a close up of a bullet being fired and hitting the ground in slow motion with all other sound snuffed out. Usually that's used to create a sense of foreboding, kinda like the first Matrix. But when the action resumes, nothing happens, they all continue doing what they were doing. Why then did he decide to use that particular shot?). I just hope he will mature as a director and artist.

    I also have to say, though, his music selection is impeccable.

    It has been known since the Garden of Eden that the best way to make people eat apples is to plant an apple tree in the middle of a garden full of the most delicious fruits and vegetables, and then tell people to NOT, under NO circumstances whatever, EVER to eat the fruit of that particular apple tree.

    [​IMG] A wibble is a scientific term for a wobble. Wibbleage is the scale of wibbles that any given object possesses in a given timeframe, it's measureable unit is milliwibbles based on the amount of movement incurred from a single point of wibble-induction.
