I'm all red... except for the part that the swimming trunks covered. Spent the whole Saturday and Sunday in the pool for the rescue swimming training. Sure did a lot of good for me as I've never really know how to swim until last week. Now I can do 100m with 4 types of strokes. Need to practice more as the final swim test to be able to do a mile-long swim.
