    Only thing I've missed about being home is having a decent desktop with internet. Will be nice to see my parents and cat again, but will hate being away from Alex and the nice people I've met in Basingstoke. :(

    Haha, I went to the convenience store to stock up on cigars for my housemate and for some friends who are supposed to come over tomorrow. I was sent to get some chocolate flavored Phillies Titan, who sell for $3,50 each... the clerk at the convenience store tried scanning them with no success, and sold them to me for the price of a Phillies Sweet, $1,75. I was laughing my ass off in my head, so I bought the remaining six for dirt cheap. His error, my gain.

    I have got to find a way to make money sitting at my computer. I did not go outside the whole day today because for the 4 hours in the day that i was awake, it was raining, and it was evening when I got up again...

    It sures has been a long time since I posted here. Life has kept me busy, meh.

    OK, so I'm now officially old since I'm now in my twenties - I turned 20 last Friday (and to think I was 15 when I first posted here :eek: ).

    I just received my new laptop and so far it's a lot of fun, despite the fact it came with bloody vista (though I'm currently installing the OpenSuse linux distro - KDE 4 should be a lot of fun :p )

    My sister asked me to be the Godfather for her unborn child, so I'm now the Godfather of my niece :D. I always think of the movie Godfather for some reason :shake:
    Also it's kinda weird to think this child won't be born in the same millennium as me - or her parents for that matter.

    A friend of mine might be able to get me a job as a video game tester! I should know if I got it in late August - early September. It would not be as far away as my current job and it would pay better (by 2$ but still), and well, it involves video games.

    And what would be the topic or purpose of an adult-only forum?

    That'd be up to the users, it wouldn't have any specific topic or purpose apart from allowing for the discussion of any subjects not deemed suitable or legal for our underage members. And since it'd be optional to join or view I don't think it'd be offensive in any way.

    Yay! I'm occupying the guest room in the house again.

    Good side: a TV just for me
    Bad side: I'm supposed to be studying there...

    ION, what's the point of broadcasting a TV show (Dresden files) at 5am every morning, and how does the TV station expect anyone to watch it at that time? (the station is for my time zone, so it's 5am for them too).
