    A trolley (tram) I was in today collided with a taxi, or to be more precise, the taxi rammed the side of the trolley, which shook a bit and stopped.

    No one was hurt, but I was rather glad to be in the trolley, not the taxi car. (purely from the reasons of Newtonian physics).

    Geeze, everyone's sick except me! :bad: I've got a really important trip coming up in a few weeks, so if my immune system is going to fail, it needs to be now or never... :skeptic:

    Not that I'm looking to get sick... :p

    In other news, I watched both Appendices disks from the first LotR movie...had to have been 5-6 hours of behind-the-scenes footage there. Looking forward to watching the other two film's appendices. :rolling:

    Got my Flu shot this year. Hopefully I'll be good for the year with nothing more than a cold...

    ION: The WotC forum is really nasty in threads about 4e in general. But what do you expect from deacades of using fire and acid to deal with trolls...

    Pfft...flu shots. :nono: Why would you willing get injected with a strain of a virus they *think* might be one of the "big" outbreaks?

    I think it's funny when my parents get the flu shortly after getting their flu shots. I always give them the "I told you so..." speech once they're no longer contagious. :rolleyes:

    The one and only time I ever went for a flu shot, I got the flu 10 days later. Now, I don't get flu shots. I wonder why . . .

    Isn't that part of Flu Vaccines though? They often will make you sick, but not with a full out flu, just a weakened one. That way you won't get uber-sick...

    I tend to go through fazes where I drink 8 or more glasses of water per day. When I do that I find that I hardly ever get sick. Lots of clean plain water is good for you. It is kind of hard to do when you are more used to grabbing a coffee or a soda.

    Actually, in 6 or 7 years of flu shots, I only ever once got the flu, and that was months after the shot...

    Thankfully I can count on a CZW on crack immune system. I'm not feeling too bad, but the coughing is driving mad. A couple of more days of this very same treatment and the cold will get massacred.
