OK, you know the weekend was very bad when going to work on Monday is a relief. :p

Lathander save me from family, especially long distance constantly calling ones.

Oh, well. ION, it is sunny and turning hot again. Keeping those in Ike's path in my thoughts.

Hmm, hammers . . . would at least work on the phone . . . but then how would I order pizza?

Saturday was a wash out with the storm but all we got was heavy rains. Sunday was an absolute beautiful day and I didn't feel good. :(

ION I did not post in the Zeitgest, 9/11 thread in AoLS and am I glad since my post would have be very sarcastic.

Conspiracies...well we all know that SP was actually founded by Tal as a foundation for his organization to .... Sorry I'm not allowed to post that publicly.:goodbye::outta:

I love conspiracy theories. I don't buy into them but I do think most of them are pretty funny.

Nakia: Most of the posts in that thread were somewhat sarcastic from what I read. It may be dying out as it may no longer be that entertaining...

Yes, getting even can be good, as long as you can get away with it without any repercussions.

So I had an interesting day...

After only 3 hours of sleep, I had to drive the wife down to a college 30 miles to the south where she was posing for an art class for 2 hours. I parked my butt on a couch on the far side of the classroom to do my homework until she was done. Well, in comes another model who ends up posing about 5-10 feet right in front of me. By now, I'm used to being around nude models, but I still got comments from the art students about how much work I got done considering there was a pretty good looking nude woman posed rather seductively in front of me...

Anyhoo...later on I had to go to my school for my economics class, and while trying to stay awake, I see that same model walk past my class. At first I wasn't sure it was her...I mean, how could it? I had last seen her about 50 miles away 4 hour prior...but a few minutes later, she walked by again, and looked straight at me and gave me a look that said, "No F***ing way!"
Once I got home, I hopped on my wife's modeling page, and did a quick search and found her page. She has a great look, so the next time I see her in school, I think I'm going to ask to do a shoot with her before winter rolls in. :D

Odd how things like that happen.

On the other hand, I'd rather not do any shoots with anyone other than friends until I get $8000 worth of equipment...which will only get me one camera body with 2 lenses. That's a rather large investment for me, so my hands are kind of tied here...I just don't want to look like an amateur using the my current camera. :bad: :rolling:

@DoTW: Yeah, I know, my comps are ancient, vile undead, zombie machine-things that should be beaten to pulp, scourged with flames fed with gunpowder and gasoline, buried and forgotten.

But as it happened, it was the hard-drive that got fried. Boy am I overwhelmed with joy. I think I might scavenge for a scrap HD from one of my other old-ones, just to get this one working again. Didn't lose anything important, luckily, but now I can't watch any movies.

Sucks to spend all your money and not saving it to something like buying a new comp...what can you do?

According the Ktown paper, black bear attacks on humans are increasing in East Tennessee.

So I guess I need to memorize my druid spells before I walk in the Smokies again. Let's see "Charm Animal" for the bear and "Haste" for me - no wait if I charm the bear it will just tag along with me, won't it? Hmmm, I am a lover of the wild, right, so "Disintegrate" is right out . . . oh, right, that's from one of my other characters anyway.

On the other hand, the most recent attack was on a family that had been eating takeout fried chicken. Even I can smell that stuff a mile away, friends and neighbors.

ION, I bought some colored pencils. That is all.

They should bring back VHS. That thing had style compared to DVDs.

I decided to finally take a shower in the morning. It's been awhile. Haven't heard any complaints, though.

    oh and btw..

i decided to get a little bit drunk with a friend this monday and then spontaneously took a a bus from here (copenhagen) to Rostock (that is in Germany btw.) heading for Berlin because we where a bit tired of old Denmark it is about 800 km each way i think. we snook(sneak in past tense) on the bus full of senior citizens, so we did not really have to pay for the intere trip.

we had planned a 3 day mini vacation, but as we sobered up it got cut short to a ½ day vacation in rostock...

it was fun though, and it is really a beatifull city! i can really recommend it. though i don't think theres enough to do there for more than a long weekend or something
