I have also done largely nothing this weekend, but that's largely a bad thing, as I have essays and other crap to get on with. Being ill can be a right PITA when it's a weekend and there's stuff that needs a-doing. Why can't my body have the decency to be ill on a weekday, dagnammit! :grr:

Had the smallest Thanksgiving crowd ever this year; only 14 people (for the record, 40 is the average attendance in my family)

[IMG] I have £100 to last me until January. It's going to be a slim Christmas this year.

My family isn't having it's annual Christmas get together this year. Why? Because my uncle isn't talking to my dad. We don't know why. He seems to have simply severed family contact -_-

That would be quite the spectacle...a bunch of Scots in parachute pants rapping to M.C. Hammer. :p
Perhaps you just need to keep your finger out of there. :p
Oh you poor fool. What you didn't realize is that by accepting that "gift", you just locked yourself in to a lifetime contract that cannot be broken, severed, or in any way made undone. :bad: I hope you like Rogers...you just became their b***.

Doing Peter Gibbons proud I see. :shake:

In other news, the CAD comic is irritating me...they need to get back to the story already! :rolling:

I'm the only Wrestling fan on my short list. It's two more steps before I get to one...

About the only one I know what to get for is my Grandmother. She always has a use for the WalMart gift card that I got her in years past...

Actually, I just grab my iDEN SIM and phone, give Telus CS a call, port, and no more Robbers.

Aw crap, I lost a page of notes for my history class... I have a test on wednesday that is worth 1/3 of my grade. With 4 pages of notes for the test, losing 1 means I could get a pretty crappy grade on this...

My area was under a tornado watch for most of the day. The weather was bad enough to give me a horrendous sinus headache I have not shaken yet. Owww...

I just bought Mass Effect for the PC...time to have some fun. :D

Speaking of PC games....that's pretty much all I've asked for Xmas this year...mainly because everything I *really* want is between $100-$35,000, and since everyone is pretty much poor this year, I tried to keep my list under $50 per item. :rolling:

D-fly: Possibly... I lent the last two pages of my notes to someone to study, so I could ask her for the first page. Haha I hope she took them that day...

DotW: Thanks for the hammer a few pages back. :)

I only now managed to catch up on all the babbling... Suits me right for skipping a weekend. :p

Also, glorious sunny day outside, December 1st.

Perfect weather for an autumn/winter/spring jacket (the slashes are thanks to global warming and constant feather loss from the lining :p)

The jacket is blue, old and quite adorable.

[IMG] Magpie - I'm suffering too

Painkillers have damaged my stomach and it caught up with me last night. Woke up several times with a painful stitch in both sides. This morning got horrendous pain in my stomach, guessing ulcers again  At least the ones in my mouth this time are in unobstructive places.

So had to come off painkillers (barely on them a week) and still have the pain I was taking them for...

    Joy. :o

Christmas shopping sucks the big one when you don't have much money. You have to be "creative" and "think outside the box" and all that other horse puckey.
