I need to get one of those whole-home humidifiers...The air is so dry here that I get zapped by everything I touch, my skin is all dry and itchy, and my eyes need constant eye drops.

First day of University. It's as long as I thought it would be (starting with a 4 hour class -_-).

 

It is better if you get attractive women to cover you in sunflower oil

 

We had a friend turn up and stay the night which was nice He got here later than he expected so stayed over.

I've not been feeling well lately so Alex went to roleplay without me while I kept our guest entertained. He's had a rough time at home so it feels good to have made him smile He also got a decent nights sleep as well despite having to share a single bed, he often has night terrors instead.

 

Hmmm....not a bad idea at all.

 

Hey Kit, you mentioned Trust as an excellent choice... your thoughts on Vortex? I dig the alternate version on the remaster of Cryptic Writings. Fine piece of Megadeth.

 

My son woke up today looking for a peanut-butter cup that he had dreamed about. Sadly there was none. I think its worse when you dream that you find a huge wad of cash and then wake up and find you are as broke as you ever were.

 

I officially clocked at the one month bar of energy drinks stoppage. I DEFINITIVELY feel better... and my bank account's also fatter. If it keeps going this way it definitively looks like I'll get that new iDEN CrackBerry... :drool:

 

I hate the snow! I wish Uni was cancelled, but I can't even check because the e-mail server is down!

 

I went out to the club again tonight...and since this *is* Utah, all the good clubs were closed, so I ended up at one of the few that were open. It just so happened to be ladies night at said club...which was sweet. One thing I wasn't aware of was that the local NBA team, the Utah Jazz, were playing the LA Lakers tonight... Well, for once the Jazz beat the Lakers, and I guess the team wanted to party, so around 11pm, the club that I was at suddenly had a bunch of 7 foot tall basketball players in the mix. It was pretty cool though. I got to meet Paul Millsap and Kyrylo Fesenko. I actually got to talk with Kyrylo for awhile as he was batting drunk chicks off like flies.

That being said, I'm still not a Jazz fan.

@DotW, Vortex is a pretty damn good song. I've only heard the remixed version once or twice...I think I like the original better.

 

Dude... I'm pretty much the biggest Jazz I know. Millsap is an absolute beast... and Fesenko isn't that good, but he's freaking huge! He's one of the guys who seems to play basketball because he's tall though, not too great a work ethic apparently.

 

My city sucks. You would think after all the trouble England suffered with the snow, that they would be prepared for our turn? But NOOOO, there isnt a single gritted road in the whole city. I couldnt even walk properly in my big CAT boots. I hate my city council.

 

But it's not as bad as dreaming that you wet the bed, and waking up to find that you really did.

 

Looks like we're gonna get snowed in. Trying to get the fella to come home from work before he gets stuck there. Mind you, it's forcasted for heavy rain tomorrow which will be worse coz we'll get slush. However, we'll see as the forcast for today didn't mention snow!

 

Nature's crazy! It's 2C and there's rain. rain in February, wtf? Pure madness... though I welcome the milder temperature.

 

Blargh! Have not had the best of days. All the 'minor' symptoms of my crippledom appear to have surfaced at once leaving me in bed for today. Am only just able to move without feeling sick to pick up my laptop and sit up in bed. Kept waking up every fifteen minutes during the night as well.

It's a shame after having an amazing two days with two of my favourite guys as well. Am hoping I can make it to the pub quiz later. I'm still trying to stay off pain meds...

Ah crap.

Also just realised half my symptoms are withdrawl symptoms from coming off my meds and all

ION, I have just recieved a notice from my faculty for something that happened six days ago. I just hope I don't get in trouble over it... since this time, it really isn't my fault.

EDIT:
Apparently, the notice was posted on the faculty site 5 hours AFTER the event it is announcing...

 

It's snowing again here too...just enough to lightly dust the roads in white.

@Chicken...how can you like the Jazz? Everytime they have a good year, they end up choking in the early stages of the finals.

 

Meh, I should not have claimed the drink hadn't hit me yet, cos I just got bought more drink, and now my head is as spinney as one of those spinney children's toys, you have no idea how much my spell checker saved me here.
