    Uh, oh, my computer just crashed to a blue screen - hardware failure. Considering that one of my HDD crashed only recently, and that my sys is currently running on it's surviving twin that suggests to that I do decide on a successor quickly ... preferably as long as I can order online ... :bad:

    There's a humming bird that keeps tapping on my window...I think it wants in...probably wants some Mt. Dew or something. :skeptic:

    Finally got my usb-modem working. There might be better ways, but this was the quickest solution to get me online when I'm home and I'm loving every minute of it.

    I don't need fast connections, I'm not going to download anything. Not going to watch any vids much either...

    Oo, now all I need to do is get my mp3-player working with this comp and then we're really making progress with all sorts of things...I think I'll start studying some japanese! Woo-hoo! :spin: :banana:

    Tried Hamachi yet?

    And did BG need IPX? Hamachi supports IPX fine under XP, with a lot of trickery and unsupported drivers under Vista and Windows 7.

    Yeah, Hamachi was the first thing I tried. I reckon a bit more tinkering could get it working, but i'm sick and I can't be bothered. Maybe i'll try again tomorrow or something.

    Tired, as usual. Too much classes, or too many mandatory things scheduled at inoportune times... like the retreat this weekend - lots of fun, but completely effed up my work schedule... I am quite behind again.

    My faculty crew can be great, but they've got to be insane. We agreed to all turn in our sign up papers together, so we end up in the same lab group, but they've changed the date of it *three* times already, this week, *twice* by texting me at 2am (now included) to tell me that tomorrow is off/on.
    Now I have a bit of a dilemma.
    Do I send my documents by bus (which I loathe to do, because I don't really have to, but it would save me time) tomorrow (today) at 7am, or do I take them to Belgrade myself with that bus?
    Or:
    Do I just tell them that this whole deal is bloody irresponsible and travel to Belgrade on Friday, as I have planned before I received this ludicrous text?

    Thing is that I really like some people from the crew and would want to be with them in the lab on my final year... but the other part just keeps pulling stunts like this and it's grating my nerves... I can't keep scheduling/canceling 3 hour trips (6, counted both ways) on their whim...
    I have Fun Stuff to Do with my life.


    So, yeah, thinking up a good answer at 2:29 am... I'll probably get stuck in another all nighter.

    My hair comes sown to my tailbone, but it's slightly wavy rather than completely straight. So long as I brush it thoroughly, it doesn't get dirty or tangled. My biggest problem right now is it getting caught int he waistband of my pants...
