    Ugh...I've got a massive headache. I left my contacts in waaaaay too long, and now that they're out and I'm wearing glasses, my body is punishing me. :wail:

    Moral of the story: NEVER take your contacts out....ever! :rolleyes:

    Up to early WW-II acoustic aircraft detection was still in use.

    That picture reminds me of the story that during WW-II my granma was sent out of the bomb shelter (i.e. cellar) frist to check whether the aircraft were really gone. That was after she warned people that she heard bombers coming, but they wouldn't listen, and indeed they came, and the people were killed. She had really good hearing.

    An energy drink representative showed up today. Didn't knew who I was dealing with, so I pretty much told her Guru is crap and doesn't sell. Turns out she represented Guru. Whoops. :lol:

    I'd think that these would mix pretty well so I'm under the impression that it was more a question of alcohol and waterpipes which according to common wisdom and personal experience don't mix that well. :shake:

    I'm pretty sure I don't want to know what "fat aceii" is. I could be wrong and it could have a perfectly normal meaning. Still, eating was mentioned and I'm rather glad English isn't my first language...

    I should have been in bed over an hour ago seeing as how it's past 7am now. But I just finished another all-nighter with DAO, and now I think I'll read my PCW mag... :book:

    Work's going to suck tonight anyway, so why not face it being tired as all hell? :rolleyes:

    Er... NHS hearing aids have exactly the same options you realise?

    My mother has hearing aids that are bright green, I'll need hearings aids when I'm older, not sure how much older though, judging the rates between me, my mother and grandma though I'll probably be in my late twenties.
