    I think it's a raven, not a vulture... :D But yes, that's because they don't actually have "proper" avatars or portraits. Gems are an automated ranking system so they work differently.

    Ah.. raven. I like them better. The bird seemed like a high flyer to me, but I'm anything but an ornithologist. :D

    Now I've got Electric Six's "Improper Dancing" stuck in my head. I get that when I hear that something is not "proper".

    I got a surplus of cream today that needs to be used up fast. Although I know I can use it up by making a small batch of butter, I decided that I would make part of it into some homemade ice-cream. Since the ice-cream is very soft when you first make it I came up with the brilliant idea of spooning it into some skull shaped icecube trays I have. Then I can serve little cream skulls. Now all I need is to find something tiny and flavourful for the eyes.

    D, I had to think of Fruitella Dummies. I don't know if they still exist and if Fruitella is available where you live. The usual Fruitella's are like Chewits, I guess. The Dummies are tiny, toffee-like balls, packed in litlle boxes. Maybe you could make your own tiny toffee balls and use them as skull eyes.

    I get an invalid link message too BT.

    Actually I made vanilla icecream. I figured that it was a pretty versatile flavour. All of those ideas are pretty good for the eyes although I'm afraid that since I would be using an ice-cube tray for the skull part the skulls will be pretty tiny. I still haven't made the actual icecream yet because the maker had to freeze overnight, but the base mixture is ready and in the fridge.

    Since there is going to be a lot more ice-cream than skull molds I came up with another idea as well. I have a recipe for fortune-cookies. The process involves folding them into their shape quickly as soon as they come out of the oven. I decided I will make little cups instead. I bet that will be an amazing way to serve the icecream.

    I think I tried Monkey Island at one point, but those games drive me bazaar-crazy with the damn puzzles you get stuck on and don't have a reasonable solution. Just like when I downloaded that free version of Space Quest and you have to drop some object in a particular part of a maze to make the monster eat it. There is no way I would spend four hours using objects that don't work in random places just to see if they will eventually work. I just end cheating by finding the solution on the net and the game becomes one big "look-up-to-see-what-to-do-next" fest.
