    3000 is running 15 km/h for 12 minutes... that's impressive from my perspective.
    I think it's about the speed I usually ride my 'opoefiets' (old type of bike) :p

    No, seriously, I hate running.

    Will be going to some martial arts class next fall. Yay me.

    My holiday will start in 25th. I dread it. Going to Finland to be bored with my parents. Can't even prepare for NaNo or listen to ChronicX. Life sucks.

    Atleast Arabwel will be coming at Friday to my place for a week or what. : )

    My band has just had its first gig in Hereford at the Manhatton (sp?) and bloody hell! It was awesome! Didn't expect to be getting a Mosh pit! We were also supporting the band Farse to those that have heard of them! Bloody good experience!

    Running's cool. I can run for hours non-stop.

    In 12 min though, I should be able to hit 3 kilometers, although I've never undergone such a test.
