Well, I once dreamt that Ozzy Osbourne gave me his mobile phone number, written with neon green felt pen on a strip torn off a newspaper... and it began with a 040, being a Sonera number... You fellow Finns know what this means... Sonera is in league with the Prince of Darkness himself!

Stupid GH people don't even know how to buy proper bus tickets, so I missed my bus. The fools.

That's why we read it. But some of it is VERY beautifully written.

MWAHAHAHA, for the first time ever my DLs were faster than my best friend's :shake: even blasting my DL-Manager's speed diagram - where my DSL should be able to bring 98kb/sec max it achieves 120kb/sec (some 1cm beyond the tables top) , my upload-download ratio is 1:1,6 and my average DL-speed 15kb/sec :spin: Very satisfying ;)

Now to the hard work: Getting my last christmas presents :bang:

PS: :) Only one or two of five or six (don't ask, presenting gifts is very complicated with me) presents left .... my brilliant strategy only to give good books (with the option to lend them later ;) ) has worked perfectly. That I only have to go to one store is the major other advantage - fortunately my family likes books :shake:

Great, which is better; sickness or beatiful sickness? Dogfart or catfart? Horse dung or bull dung? Care to test? Of course, one might be a bit :1eye: after that, if likes of that kind of stuff.

[Below] I wish I had one too... :( You lucky *bleeb* . Unlike with SDSL, its speed is stable... Mine can be anything between 1 to 100 Kb (i.e: ping can be, on the same server, from 30 to 300, depending of the time of the day).

:hmm: I start to distrust my DL-program: 253,27 kb/sec peak speed, a speed too nice to be true ... :hmm:

" was just told that I am a "sensitive
girl who has created a protective shell around herself to protect herself from hurt"... "

    SWEEEEEEEEET!

    Anways, that's what everyone does.

That's why I don't shave or use deodorant on the weekends when I go shopping at the place I work. I'm going there to shop, not chat with my supervisor (who always wants to yap), or talk to that gay guy that has groped me more than one time.

It's like, Heaven. I totally go to the front of the line, too.

    Um.

Except when there's some Arab guy in front of me. But I'm always next in line... :)

Here's a thought--babies learn the meaning of the word 'manipulate' quicker than almost anything else. Don't wanna go to bed? Learn how long you have to cry to get mommy to come pick you up. Don't want anyone to pick up your sister? Learn to throw fits of a greater intensity than she does! I can't wait until they're old enough to know what 'getting presents' really means...

(I absolutely adore my children from the very bottom of my heart and back, to anyone who wonders. I'm just shocked at how quickly they learn these things...)

The process which is manipulation is the tool PHD's want you to use on your children.

Use no negative reinforcement. Just positive.

Which is why I see a HECK of a lot of very manipulative 13 and 15 year olds these days.

I have discovered that all blonde half-German flute players have an in-built homing system. Put them in the middle of a field and they will run straight to the nearest servicable scandanavian male. :D (which, in almost all cases, is me).

Snow should be coming soon, which means hacking up snowmen with my swords.

so, ejsmith, are you saying that you AGREE in just using positive reinforcement, or DISAGREE...

Me? I'm attempting to teach mine the meaning of the word 'no'. And they know what it means! It means to crawl away from me as quickly as possible so I won't take whatever they aren't supposted to have away from them....

Eze, I have some swedish blood, that's all. :( I wish I wasn't just a common-as-muck English Dog, but that's the way things are. :(
