    @8

    a fencing foil is NOT a sword. It's a flimsy, wimpy piece of wire.

    edit: yay new page

    This isn't just a piece of wire. It is a little thicker than the ones that my trainer uses and as it is new, a little less flexible too. But even though the borrowed ones are nicked and bendy they can still give bruises.

    Oh no...not a bruise! Whatever happened to 'real' sword fighting...the type of sport where you might loose an arm, or a leg, or all four. :p :rolling:

    Real sword fighting or nothing, fellas. If it doesn't run the risk of serious bodily harm it isn't a fight is it?

    Tal, I've not forgotten about that music. It's on my Mega To-Do list.

    IwD1&2 and BG2 are no-brainers. Those are over as fast as Besweet will saturate my processors. Probably 128kbps ABR .ogg would do the trick. I'll certainly listen to the IwD stuff, to make sure; if it's good, and I'll know it if it's good, then the rest will be good. I know that 128kbps mp3 sounds competely worthless on the IwD1 stuff, but .ogg does a better job. I could even pull .ac3 with Azid, but probably not many people have that codec installed.

    I'll have to dig into PsT to get to that stuff. I'm guessing I just install it, and then extract the compressed .wavs and convert them. I know they are 22khz 16bit, so I'll just use 64kbps .ogg for them and the BG1 files. I don't think BG1 or PsT ever released a "true" soundtrack.

    I remember the old days, when you didn't get buffer-overflows from .tiff/.bmp/.wav/.avi files.

    @ejsmith

    I have the BG1 and IWD 1 soundtracks, I can probably rip them and upload them it's any simpler. I don't have an FTP, but an overnight yousendit.com upload would work.
