    It is "Karneval" around here - and I suffer immeasureably. :( The music is the worst part... oh and those costumes. I mean - what gives?! They are only deluding themselves, pretending to be happy and all that, when everything is falling apart around us. :shake:

    Blind fools. :p

    Another bad thing is the madness in the streets is cutting me off of my very own nightlife in Cologne. Which is sad, for I want to delude myself, pretending to be happy... and all that... err.

    Hey Arabwel, If you think the 7:30 sucks to get up, try 5:10 am. That's when my alarm went off to go to work this morning. I was done ahdn home by 10 am, and had some food and was back to bed about 11 am though...

    That "safe" system recovery I ran last month didn't get all the bugs off my PC so I had to totally reformat my hard drive today.

    I hope all the game saves from BG2 I burned to CD work after reinstall, or I'm gonna be POed...

    As it is, this lack of net access is killing me. I slept 6 hours - from collapsing yesterdqay afternoon to somewhere midnightish. I seem to be physically incapable of sleeping any longer... yay.

    And the laetest developement of the Jenova saga? The guy in charge of the repairs is sick and some pimply-faced trainee can do nothing. *sigh*

    What have I done to earn all this bad karma?

    I find that I have to wait until 10 pm to go online. Means I don't get to sleep as early as I should. Maybe I can get some sleep tomorrow afternoon if I get the work done early enough...

    The one good part about being back at work is that my hairdresser is downtown near my office rather than in the burbs near home (much easier to skip a lunch than to take time away from the family). Since I've been at home since late November, I'm woefully overdue for a haircut - but that will end at noon! :roll:
