    Well, I'm still single. Just to update you on that. Now that Yerril's fallen to temptation, I don't know how much longer I can hold on....
    I got a call from my attorney today. I get to go through yet another round of mediation, and that probably won't get scheduled until late Feb. Hopefully, they said. I was promised a hearing in January, and now I get mediation in (hopefully) February. I'm starting to lose my general genial nature! Urgh!

    Do not expect to see me today. I was banned from the computer, for no reason on MY befaviour... "Communal Punishment", anyone? Someone else can't haul their arse off the bed when they should, and I suffer!

    [​IMG] My DSL is up again - after 8 days of bugging including way too many hours of phonecalling the tech support of both my ISP and my net operator. It was like that: My ISP wasn't allowed to offer both DSL with up to 1,5 MBit in combination with a flatrate. So they asked the net operator to measure the speeds of all customers; everyone above a certain speed was considered DSL-1500 ... and blocked.

    Now I had just the standard issue DSL, a fast one though. I, however, got blocked anyway, perhaps because of a lucky (or unlucky) speed peak - without beeing informed first of course.
    As a result of all that I was listed with the wrong speed in the server. Today a techie from my net operator came around to check everything.
    I felt a relief when I saw him suffering what I suffered the whole week: my ISPs tech support. :evil: Even better, he eventually made my ISP correct the mess they caused. I'm online again :roll:

    Conclusion: My net operator and his tech support :love: rocks :love: (they have always been very helpful and reliable in helping me), it's just that my @##*+~?%$ ISP :flaming: sucks :flaming: :shake:
