    I'm warming up the the idea of the World Youth Day, even though it doubles the times I have to spend on communting every day. The mood in Cologne is great, best described very very happy.

    Realised my pub crawl plan. Delightful. A bunch of theology students are guests in our flat for the duration of the World Youth Day. Surprisingly earth-bound folks, they even have girlfriends.

    Oh no, that just makes them fight harder. I still have nightmares from the last time. One cat trusts me absolutely and would barely even flinch if I doused him, but the other has hydrophobia. Not the normal 'cat scared of water' thing; she will literally try to KILL me when she hits the two-inch deep water. Last time the scars took two months to heal, so I had to wear long-sleeved shirts in summer. People tend to assume the worst if they see lots of long scars on your forearms. :shake:
