Hardwood floors are good for improving sounds.

    <hands SoB a large, paper sack>

Try this instead. You'd be surprised at how well it works.

Let's see if the day gets better after a rather... BUSY start

4:25 - woken by a hungry baby. It's five minutes before my alarm is going to go off anyway. Take baby to kitchen, sit him on the floor while I prep a bottle and do some other random straightening.
4:28 - give bottle to baby, start final packing of today's lunchbags
4:29 - hear crying from upstairs. Find a soaking-wet older son. Strip bed, wash son and change jammies, off to bed with daddy
4:38 - head back downstairs to start laundry and tend baby and finish lunches
4:52 - head back upstairs to return baby to crib and begin daily ablutions
5:26 - now beautifully dressed and perfectly accessorized  go downstairs to fold the laundry that's been sitting in the dryer, put the now-clean stuff into the dryer, and start another load in the washer
5:33 - grab my tote and purse and a bunch of junk for the car and depart for the train
~6:30 - realize that I (the PTA treasurer) forgot to leave a check to pay for today's school lunch delivery, and that my PalmPilot is in desperate need of a charging

Since then I seem to be back on track (breakfast - check, comics - check, causing mayhem in the FAI - check). Let's see how long it lasts... More :coffee: is decidedly in order!

Personally, I'm partial to Wilson Wilson Wilson from Home Improvement as a bizarre name. :hmm: I wonder if there's a (www.www.com) out there somewhere?

EDIT: There is! It's got nothing to do with Wilson, though. :(

Well, the price of a life is either your soul or your left sock.... :D

Well, fear not, I don't have money to change my portrait anyway. And I don't think our poetic grey friend would appreciate it. It's his dream woman and we wouldn't want to take away the dream would we?

I'm more of a nightmare anyways. :shake:

Hah to all those that think I would share my money. I would become the epitome of greed.

But of course I would donate huge sums of money to SP, just to get the 'Most Distinguished Member for Life' title.

Random question; when you step of a boat, do you "debark" or "disembark" it?

I have always been thinking that you would disembark, but then i read in a book that the hero debarked from the boat, which got me confused. Which is the correct one to use? Debark? Disembark? Both?

 :wail: :toofar: [censored][censored][censored][censored][censored]!!! I just found out that the Packers' second preseason game isn't going to be covered by any TV station in my area! How could they possibly be so stupid as to not line one up?! I mean, they managed to get one for the inter-squad scrimmage two weeks ago, so why not a preseason game!? Aaaaaaarrrrrgggh!!! :bang: :flaming: :flaming: :flaming:
