    I had a depression some time ago, it totally wrecked me sleeping habits, since I often couldn't sleep more than an hour or two, hence my mind worked at a speed of a formula1 car, not giving me a minute of rest. Nowadays my sleeping habits is still screwed, and it usually get three or four in the morning before I find any rest.
    Also books are my curse, cannot sleep if I have first grabbed a good book :D

    Anyone who has any trouble sleeping needs to get themselves a baby. A few days of that and you'll be so tired you'll be able to sleep anywhere, anytime.

    I have a baby. I don't have trouble sleeping, I just don't get to. I could go to bed at night when he goes but that would cut into my personal time which I value very much.

    I think my reasons are...

    1. Adjusting to working life schedule (still).

    2. Shaking the last effects of the obligatory winter bugfest.

    3. Living on one of the major roads in and out of Melbourne in a terrace house without insulation.

    Ah hell, just take me out back and shoot me. At least then they could turn me into glue or something else useful... and I could get some damn sleep!

    Stay away from SP for 12 hrs and I miss all the silliness. Had to go back and sign out of the front page to see what all the hoohaw was about. Guess seeing all the news about NO has us all on edge.
