    Have to go teach Latin. At least it isn't so hot as it was yesterday. Thought I'd be visiting my grandmother at this time, but it wasn't to come. But it's only almost 2 pm and I won't be back much before 6. Anyway, have to be running.

    Bah, me and my big mouth. I said I wanted to spend part of today daydreaming and watching the clouds drift across the sky and morph various forms. I awake today to a uniform grey out my window; a quick check of the weather forecast is RAIN all through to tuesday. :aww:

    And worse yet, gotta get groceries today, and my car's brakes are shot; with my hands full of bags o' food, how am I gonna hold the umbrella? :rolleyes:

    Anyway, better PM kuemper to keep her PC off for a while - it looks darker than when I got up 20min ago, and I just heard a rumble of distant thunder. Last time we had stormy weather in this town, IIRC she had power supply glitches for a bit after it was all over. Don't wanna stress her PC any more by being on during a lightning surge on our WONDERFUL power grid. :almostmad:

    Anyway, I'll finish with a few 'In the future:' lines from George Carlin:

    - The human lifespan will be extended to 200 years, but the last 150 wil be spent in unremitting pain and sadness.

    - All people will speak the same language, but no one will speak it well.

    - Man will learn to control the weather with a large hammer.

    - A utopian society ruled by women will emerge, and there will be peace and plenty for all. However, many man will still act like macho jerks.

    - CHickens will operate on gasoline and, surprisingly, many of them will get good mileage.

    Woke up around 9ish, power went out, went back to sleep and dreamed the people in RP corner killed my character while I slept! Made me not want to get out of bed.

    Need a shower and food. Leftover pizza is wonderful. :yum:
