Speaking of poping out eyes...I heard that if you go permenatly blind in one eye, or both, while on the job, insurance will pay for the hospitial bills, but the additional coverage at my work gives you $10,000.00 per eye.

I'd let a co-worker poke out one of my eyes for $10,000.00, would you? :1eye:  :rolling:

Okay, yeah, only one person doesn't do too well for a PnP game.
My mother (in her words) was attacked by an opthamologist this morning. She minus cataract #2 now. Hopefully, she'll be able to see again soon.

@Chev Got any tea left by any chance?

Hmmm. School has begun and I have a very Darth Vader-like urge to strangle a certain person who came up with more stupid rules related to school.

I mean, it seems their more concerned about the girls coming to school with a huge cleveage (think that's how you write it) than vandalism. Oh, well, at least no one had a stupid idea, like making us buy uniforms for school. They tried tags a few years back, after two days I didn't bother to bring it to school in my pocket.

    Sure. :) Here you go.

Vandalism is a problem, yeah, but a huge cleavage is not something that should be worn to school. School is the place where one goes for knowledge, not for sexual conquests.

Mind you, there's nothing wrong with a deep cleavage per se, but it takes a responsible woman to wear it without looking tacky and offensive. The kind of stuff girls wear nowadays and the way they wear it, it makes them look either untidy or like prostitutes.

Heh... I've been an easy birdie to keep an eye on today. I've not moved from my sofa in front of the cricket. I've not even eaten owt today (other than jammy dodgers) for fear of missing any play. I did manage to have a shower during the lunch break, though, so at least I don't smell.

Might pop out for a beer tonight... I wonder if there'll be as many antipodeans knocking around as usual. :shake: And I'll have to thank any Afrikaners for giving us Kevin Pietersen, too...

Hehehe. :D I never said it was my eye. I plucked it out of my stuffed basilisk. The reason you're barely able to move, Magpie, is because you're partially petrified!! :aaa: Ain't I a stinker? :p

I had school uniforms during grade school. Looking back, they were an excellent idea that I wish would be more widely adopted across the US. It obliterated the divide between the rich kids and the poor kids, since we all wore the same thing. Jewelry was severly limited too, so not even that could be used in one upmanship. So, they only competitions available were academics and athletics, which is better than material objects.
    /me steps off the soapbox

In other news, mother looks like she's been punched in the eye, and has double vision. Guess I'm cooking tonight
