    hmmm. Curious but not curious enough to ask. I guess I would deem this none-of-my-business.

    Happy day! We finally have a moderate income again and can afford to go to Wendys for supper. It may not sound that exciting but after 2 months of a very limited food budget it is downright dreamy.

    And I have the added bonus of not having to cook it or wash up after.

    @Dragonfly - actually, I am not sure that is the case. Our Spanish teracher is quite obviously native to out land and has no accent whatsoever.... *le sigh* doesn't mean he isn't hawtsome, tho :D

    I have won a killer trip to Vancouver, complete with return airfare from Air Canada Jazz on their swanky new Regional jet service to YVR, hotel accommodations at the Century Plaza Resort & Spa.

    While in Van-city I have sweet seats to see in concert 'Nine Inch Nails' opened by 'Queens of the Stone Age' on September 26th, and 'Green Day' opened by 'Jimmy Eat World' on September 27th

    The tape dispenser sat on the desk, empty. It was used up; the job it was made for gone to the four winds. When the owner returned, it would be trashed and carried out of the building like the garbage it had become.

    The key to longevity: never run out of tape.

    Speaking of living...I'll finally be 21 on September 21st! :banana:

    First order of business is to move in to my new apartment the weekend after. Secondly, I need to drive half-way though the state of Utah to pick up the new gun my g/f bought me at a gun show I went to earlier today. You have to be 21 to buy a handgun, but they let us pay 50% of it now, and they're holding it for me.

    What's the lucky gun you ask? It's not much...just a .22 cal Walther P-22 . I was going to get a a Walther P-99 or a Beretta "Tomcat" .32 cal , but I wanted something both I, and my g/f can shoot. Besides, there's always another gun show next year. ;) And by that time, I'll be able to afford a handgun and a rifel or two...I just hope the assult weapon ban doesn't go back in to effect by then...there's good stuff to be had while the ban is lifted! :thumb: :rolling:
